Whitey Gleason wrote a song in 1964 called “His Grace Reaches Me”, and the opening lines are
“Deeper than the ocean and wider than the sea.
Is the grace of the Savior, for sinners like me;
Sent by the Father, and it thrills my soul,
Just to feel and to know, That His blood makes me whole.”
His inspiration came from Rom 3:24, “Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus”.
What better way to end the first day of a new week than to join in the study of such a loving God?
